Notable papers

Many papers have been published looking at the success of dental identifications in mass disasters – such as the Scandinavian Star Ferry disaster in 1990 as well as Borrman’s paper on pink teeth where he made it clear that the phenomenon was not related to cause of death (as was often, and still is, stated) – but rather as a result of an analogous process to lividity.
