Naveen received his BDS from the University of Calicut, India in the year 2000 and later completed his post-graduate work (MPhil) from Queens University, Belfast in 2004. He is working as a research assistant in the unit and is doing his PhD in the University of Manchester simultaneously. He is presently associated with studies regarding novel periodontal diagnostic techniques and tooth whitening studies, working closely with colleagues at Leeds University.
